Kwitu Project Funds Drive

Twajali Empowerment Network extends heartfelt gratitude to all supporters of its Kwitu project fundraising drive. The message acknowledges the importance of friendship and thanks contributors for their presence, encouragement, and donations. Special recognition is given to the steering committee for its dedication in making the event successful. The organization recognizes supporters as “Friends of Twajali” and emphasizes the lasting nature of these relationships.

Ground Breaking Ceremony

Twajali recently held a groundbreaking ceremony that introduced their organization to the Maasai community. The event gathered over 60 participants including community members, local leaders, elders, and supporters. Activities included tree planting, community discussions, a communal meal, and fellowship. Beyond marking the physical location, the ceremony established a foundation of trust and partnership with the Konza community as Twajali begins construction on their temporary training center focused on hospitality and youth empowerment.

Twajali Kwitu Project Construction

Twajali has begun construction on their new training center. The initial phase includes two dormitories, staff housing, a kitchen, and a multipurpose hall. Though these structures are basic iron-sheet buildings, they represent the foundation of a space dedicated to nurturing dreams, developing skills, and transforming lives.
